X3 provides you with a comprehensive reporting
capability. Each user is provided with a selection of reports appropriate to
their role in your organisation. These reports enable you to mine your expense
data for a variety of cost saving and controlling purposes.
Examples include:
- Determining the value of expenditure on a particular commodity (e.g. hotel
accommodation) in a particular location. This information is of considerable
value when negotiating with suppliers to secure beneficial rates in return for
preferred supplier status.
- Determining the value of expenditure on a commodity not currently subject to
an expense policy. This enables you to evaluate whether a policy would be
beneficial, and also assists you to set the boundaries of the new policy.
- Identifying out of policy expenditure, which will assist you in determining
a course of action to reduce or eliminate such expenditure
- Evaluation of foreign taxation expenditure, which will facilitate the
reclamation of such tax costs.
- Determining the expenditure incurred via the various available payment
modes, for example to assist with evaluating the level of use of corporate
credit or charge cards on issue to your staff.
The standard reports can also be augmented with additional custom reports for
your own specific requirements.
