X3 is accessible to any staff member you nominate,
and unless you choose otherwise, is accessible from anywhere over the internet.
So long as they can connect to the internet, your road warriors, travelling
sales people, or other staff who are just 'never in the office' can now enter
their expenses and get them processed in exactly the same way as if they were
sitting at their desk.
In future, a mobile version of X3 will also be
available, enabling travelling users to prepare and track their expense claims
even when not connected to the internet (X3 will
automatically synchronise with these mobile users whenever they do connect to
the internet). The mobile version will be available on laptops, notepads, PDAs
and possibly some mobile phones.
